Outdoor Safety Rail Kit – Type Z

Our 34mm (1 Inch NB) Outdoor Safety rail kit is the smaller of our two Outdoor Safety Rail kits. This freestanding handrail is ideal for outdoor use where you cannot attach a handrail to a wall. The swivel clamps used in this handrail allow it to adapt to any angle of incline. This handrail is currently available in various different lengths to suit most circumstances. Uprights are 900mm/ 0.9 meters/ 35.4 inches, high.

0.5M – 3M Lengths

This kit consists of;

• 2 or 3 x 900mm Galvanised Uprights (34mm Diameter)
• 1 x Horizontal Galvanised Rail (Length depends on order, 34mm Diameter)
• 2 or 3 x Galvanised floor plates
• 2 x Pre-fitted cap ends
• 1 x Allen key to fit
• 2 or 3 x Bolted swivel fittings (We use Nyloc Nuts. Each fitting has approx 85-degree travel in the horizontal and vertical direction)
• 8 x Galvanised Coach Bolts (12 with the 3 leg, Galvanised bolts do not rust)
• 8 x Fischer Rawl Plugs (12 with the 3 leg)

Tools Required

Electric drill, Masonry Bit, Screwdriver, Spanner.

Please note: Galvanized tubes and fittings may vary in appearance. This is due to the finishing process. In no way does this compromise the integrity of the product.
