DELIVERY SERVICES:

We aim to dispatch all goods within 2 workings days. Pipe orders over 2 metres in length will be sent by Tuffnells 24 hour courier, all other items will be sent with either ParcelForce or Royal Mail.

Tuffnells:  Goods are delivered on a 24 hour service (Monday to Friday) if no one is available to sign for the goods, it is at the drivers discretion to leave the goods in a safe location. (Photo’s taken as proof of location), otherwise the goods will be returned to the depot to reattempt the following day.

ParcelForce: Goods are delivered on a 24/48 hour service (Monday to Friday) you should receive a text / email to confirm your tracking details.  If no one is available to sign for the goods, they will attempt to redeliver the following day. Although if a text is received,  other delivery options are given.

Royal Mail: Goods are sent on a 2nd class service, delivery (Monday – Saturday) If no one is available to take delivery, goods are normally taken yo your local sorting office, where you can collect from there.
